IMMEDIATE POSITIONS are available for:
Quality Control Inspector / Quality Engineer
-
Demonstrate an expertise/aptitude in dimensional inspection of Aerospace components and assemblies.
-
Perform First Article “FA” and in-process “IP” inspections at the shop floor level.
-
Possess a good working knowledge of AS9100 Quality Management System and related procedures for non-conforming materials. The understanding of AS9100 Quality Management System requirements and general best shop practices in support of the Aerospace Industry including GDT and Military Specs.

Familiarity with Boeing Aerospace Company specifications including substitution lists and engineering change orders.
-
Thorough understanding of aerospace and commercial drawings, parts lists, associated documents and requirements for assembly components/procedures.
-
Demonstrated expertise/aptitude in Quality Control Inspection and documentation per Aerospace industry standards.
-
The ability to layout, inspect, and report findings in an effort to support production environment demands.
-
Includes inspection of large complex Aerospace Components using CAD Models and/or Blueprints.
-
Comprehensive knowledge of surface plate techniques, alignments and the ability to work from engineering documentation to guarantee through put and repeatability.
-
You must have a strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Able to operate and/or operate a CMM is a plus

Precision Grinder/Machinist
Demonstrated expertise/aptitude in grinding Heat Treated materials, Chrome over High Tensile Steels, 300M, 56Rc, 300KSI.
Demonstrated expertise/aptitude in ID/OD/Rotary Table, Flatbed Grinders, Lapping and Polishing machines. Ability to use precision micrometers, calipers and other measuring instruments
We are currently operating a Kellenberger 600U & 1000U ID/OD manual Grinder as well as a Parker Majestic ID manual Grinder. In this position, you would be responsible for the following job duties:

The Grind/Machinist Operator position will set-up and operate the grind machine to process customer hardware.

Ability to grind to a tolerance of +/- .0001
-
Read and interpret blue prints.
-
Understand and utilize ASME Y14.5 geometric dimension and tolerance principles.
-
Set-up and operate various ID/OD grinding machines to perform specific operations.
-
Ability to set-up and run parts with little supervision and yield on the 1st
-
Ability to work with exotic materials.
-
Handling of customer hardware using proper methods.
-
Use of precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions of product for accuracy and conformance to specifications.
-
Knowledge of feeds, speeds, dressing of wheels, use of coolants and oils.
-
Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
-
You must have at least 2+ years of very recent ID/OD Grinding experience.
-
You must take direction well and be a team player.
-
You must have excellent attendance and punctuality.

Estimating Manager:
Here are some experience/knowledge considerations for this position:
-
Very experienced in manufacturing and outside processing of machined components (heat treating, plating, NDT, etc.)

Very experienced in a complex CNC Milling and CNC Turning Machine shop (3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 axis machining)
-
Very capable of Estimating detailed manufacturing costs in support of RFQs.

Should have 5 years of minimum experience in job costing
-
Some degree of Project Management experience is a plus.

Have excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
-
Excellent math skills
-
And a desire to succeed by contributing to a team.
